We built the bekasi app around speed and security. Push notifications alert you to bet settlements, withdrawal status updates, and payment confirmations. Two-factor authentication (2FA) works seamlessly on mobile, and your login session times out automatically after inactivity. Offline mode lets you browse upcoming Liga 1, Piala AFF, and Champions League fixtures without an internet connection — once you reconnect, your selections sync to the live app.

The app is available where bekasi services are offered under local law. If you are new to bekasi, download the app and complete account registration, KYC verification, and your first deposit before you can place bets or withdraw. Existing users simply log in and pick up where they left off on web or desktop.

iOS and web-browser users

Apple's App Store policies restrict gambling apps, so bekasi is not available via the iOS app store. Instead, iOS users access bekasi through Safari: visit bekasi.app and add the site to your home screen as a web app, or simply bookmark it. The bekasi mobile web experience is nearly identical to the Android app — same speed, same push notifications, same real-time balance sync.

Web users on desktop or tablet access bekasi via any modern browser. Your account, balance, and bet history are identical across all platforms. If you log out on your phone, you remain logged in on your laptop until you log out there too.

The bekasi Android app and iOS web app offer the same betting and payment functionality as the desktop website. Key differences: the app stores a local cache of fixture lists (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, MotoGP, badminton) so you can browse markets offline. Push notifications arrive instantly when your bets settle, when a withdrawal request is processed, or when your DANA / e-wallet / mobile banking / local payment / online payment deposit is confirmed. The app prioritises performance — it loads live-casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar) and slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways) faster than the browser on slower connections. And the app enforces automatic session timeout after subject to verification of inactivity, adding a security layer for shared devices.

Device compatibility

bekasi requires Android 7 or later (released 2016 and later). Most Android phones sold in the last 8 years meet this threshold. For iOS, the web app works on iOS 12 and later (iPhone or iPad, 2015 and later). If your phone is older than Android 6 or iOS 11, the app may not install or may run slowly. We recommend updating your device's operating system to the latest available version for stability and security.

The app uses approximately 50 MB of disk space on Android. No additional permissions are required beyond standard app permissions (internet, camera for KYC photo upload, storage for APK installation).

Common installation issues

If your Android phone shows "Certificate not trusted" when you try to install the APK, your device's security settings may block unsigned apps. Go to Settings > Apps > Unknown Sources and toggle on. If "Unknown Sources" is greyed out, your phone is managed by a corporate device-management system; contact your IT department or use a personal device. If the APK downloads but won't open, clear your Downloads cache (Settings > Apps > Downloads > Clear Cache), re-download the APK, and try again. If the app crashes on launch, restart your phone and clear the app's cached data (Settings > Apps > bekasi > Storage > Clear Cache). Do not delete app data, as this will log you out.

On iOS, if Safari asks to download a large file when you visit bekasi.app, tap "Download" and then open the file in the Files app. If the web app is slow, clear Safari's cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data). You can also add bekasi to your home screen as a "Web App" for faster access: open bekasi.app in Safari, tap Share, and select "Add to Home Screen."

Data, permissions, and account security on bekasi

The bekasi app requests permission to access your phone's camera (for KYC photo upload), contacts (optional, to speed account recovery), and storage (to save the APK and app data). These permissions are used only for the stated purposes and are never shared with third parties. Your account data — username, email, KYC documents, bank account details — is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest on our servers. We never store your password in plain text.

When you log in on the app, your session token expires after subject to verification of inactivity. If your phone is lost or stolen, immediately log in via desktop or another phone and change your password. Your old session will be invalidated. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your bekasi account settings to prevent unauthorised access: during login, you will receive a one-time code via SMS that you must enter. This blocks anyone who knows your password but does not have your phone.

The app syncs your balance every few seconds when you are actively betting or browsing. If you are offline, the app queues your bet and sends it once you reconnect. Do not close the app until you see confirmation. For security reasons, we do not store your full bank account number or e-wallet / mobile banking / local payment / online payment / e-wallet credential on your phone — only a reference ID that allows us to process your deposits and withdrawals.

Tips for Using bekasi on Mobile

Use a strong, unique password for your bekasi account. Do not share your login details with anyone, even customer support. We never ask for your password via email or in-app chat. If someone contacts you claiming to be from bekasi and asks for your password, it is a scam — report it to our support team immediately.

Check your account notifications frequently. We send push alerts about withdrawal status, bet settlements, and payment confirmations. If you do not receive these, go to your phone's Settings > Notifications and ensure bekasi is enabled. On Android, also check Settings > Apps > Notifications and ensure bekasi has permission to send notifications.

Periodically review your login history. In your bekasi account settings, you can view a list of all devices and sessions that have logged into your account, along with IP address and location. If you see an unfamiliar session, terminate it immediately and change your password.
